Product of the National Competition for the Ex. Costa Salguero Park, District District for the Young People. This housing complex is located on a plot of land that is characterized by various unique physical conditions. This land is located on the coastal edge of the River Plate and on the banks of Dam F, a large front over the future park and the edge opposite the river limits with the city.

Our new residential building takes advantage of all these unbeatable conditions. Inhabitants of the city and the residents of the complex may enjoy and live these advantages 24 hours a day.

The housing units take the largest possible perimeter surface to get close contact with the park and the river. The proposal is organized on the basis of two super blocks of open cloisters that allow direct contact with its surroundings, a perimeter balcony surrounds all the buildings with large terraces to stay and enjoy contact with the outside. A part of the blocks are terraced, from the center and towards the edges which allows for a friendlier contact with the river.
